A little more
about me
Most people who find this website probably know me through fitness, science, writing, or some other public work that I do. Outside of work, though, there are quite a few other things that make me who I am. So, I figured I'd make a little space on my website for some of that, too.
So, here's a little more about me :)
I might expand this page a little over time, and I may also use it to share the occasional life update.

Things I've been interested in lately
I honestly have an absurd number of interests, but recently I've been watching American Horror Story! I also just finished watching the entirety of the canon MCU, which included about 80 properties and was something I doubted I even had the fortitude to finish at more than one point. Gamewise, I've been playing Kingdom Hearts 3 with a friend, am in the middle of playing Chained Echoes by myself, and have recently beaten Cat Quest 2!
Creative misadventures
I love being creative! I design custom tabletop RPG games for friends in my personal life and do a ton of imaginative worldbuilding! I also tend to commit to the bit when it comes to fun and creative ideas. If I have the idea for a silly or absurd random project, activity, video, or event, I normally just roll with it. I have recently begun building my next full RPG world for my friends to play in. The game's premise is really silly: it's based on the calamitous power of a pinky promise gone wrong.
People and connections
The people in my personal life are important to me. I care about my friends and the experiences I share with them. I've found that the important connections in my life give me a lot of meaning, and I'm glad to have met the people who are a big part of it, and to have had the chance to go on many a misadventure with them.
A more personal look at my life and the people in it
I also made a much longer and more personal version of this page as a one-time project.
It's only going to be here temporarily, and I'll permanently delete it soon after some time has passed rather than keeping it as part of my long-term online presence.
I write about experiences, people and relationships, friendships, memories, perspectives, things I've learned, and parts of my life I don't usually talk about publicly.
It gives a much fuller look at my life, how I think, and a better sense of who I am outside of work.
The longer personal page goes much deeper into my experiences, relationships, memories, and parts of my life I rarely share, with a lot more context for who I am outside of work. It’s temporary, and I’ll be permanently taking it down soon.
